We all know that regular exercise can benefit everybody. It can help manage diabetes, increase mobility and muscle strength, reduce blood pressure, and is also great for osteoporosis and weight loss. But, best of all it’s a great opportunity to meet some new friends and have fun while doing it.
All classes have been specially adapted to the beginner and older adults needs, so come along and give them a go.

- Basic Dance movements: Enhance your rhythm, balance, and coordination
